Life is a process of
continual change
The infinity symbol has a very special meaning to me. It represents the infinite
possibilities in life. The fact that life is a never-ending process of changing, growing
and learning.
However, there are times in our lives, we may feel unsettled, lost or find ourselves
stuck in a pattern, behavior or thought process that keeps us from being as happy
as we can be.
That’s when we need someone to help us get back on track and guide us through the
next step in our journey. I believe therapy is an opportunity to take that next step.
The therapeutic relationship can help a person, couple or family during those
difficult and uncertain times in life.
